Hello and Welcome! My name is Carol and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2010. I am currently taking new virtual clients from Arkansas and Florida. I have over 15 years’ experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, communication, career, family/ relationship conflicts, parenting, self -esteem, self-acceptance, ADHD and life goals.
My approach is person centered, integrative and solution-focused tailored to your specific needs. Honesty, communication and collaboration are essential to creating a positive trusting relationship and developing the right treatment plan to identify and accomplish your short- and long-term goals.
I believe we all benefit from having a caring person to listen and encourage us during difficult times. Asking for help is an integral part of self-care. Accepting help is a sign of strength and determination to make positive changes. Change is not easy and you must be willing to do the work to move forward. Just know, you are not alone.
